I am finally “retired” from the world of work, but not from the world of engagement. After being an international consultant, then a university professor, I now have time to write, read for pleasure, play music and volunteer with organizations that are important to me. I want to share my experiences and thoughts with others. That’s the main reason I am writing. My latest book, HOW WE BECAME PAN-AMERICANAS, is the story of three young women, a Brazilian, a Mexican and a Californian who met in England long ago doing things that they weren’t supposed to be doing.
